Details:      Completed Sunday June 14, 2013 at 5:45 pm: The critical issue for pantherLINK has been resolved by the vendor. All functions with pantherLINK are working as expected. Mail is being delivered to customers mail boxes. No mail was lost during the extended outage.

Outstanding issues are with branding and with the themes within pantherLINK. These issues will be addressed when the pantherLINK support team has had time to regroup.

Update Sunday, June 14, 2013 at 3:00 pm: The vendor's technical staff continue to work on the issue with the pantherLINK support staff. This issue was escalated as a critical issue to the Zimbra technical staff and all of the vendor resources that can be applied to resolve our issue are being used.

Update on Sunday, June 14, 2013 at 1:00 pm: The vendor technical staff continue to work on the issue with the pantherLINK support staff. All incoming email continues to be queued for delivery to customer mail boxes and will be delivered when the issue is resolved1. At this time there is no estimated up time for the email system.

Update: Sunday, June 14, 2013 at 9:00 am. The scheduled maintenance has experienced an issue. pantherLINK support staff are working with the vendor to resolve the issue encountered during the scheduled maintenance. All incoming email continues to be queued for delivery to customer mail boxes and will be delivered when the issue is resolved At this time there is no estimated up time for the email system.

Sunday, June 14, 2013 at 7:00 am. The scheduled maintenance has experienced an issue. At this time, we are evaluating what direction we will be taking to resolve the issue.

Sunday, July 14, 2013 between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 am., the pantherLINK support team will be performing an upgrade of the pantherLINK software from version 6 to version 7. This upgrade is necessary in order continue to receive support from the software vendor.

During this time, campus email and calendar will be unavailable. Incoming emails will be held in queue and delivered when the service resumes operations. All other UWM websites and services will remain available.
