Details:      Update Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 4:30 pm: The pantherLINK support staff continue to closely monitor to ensure that pantherLINK remains stable. If no significant issues are encountered, this status will expire at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2013

Update Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 11:45 am: The pantherLINK support staff and the vendor's technical staff have applied all vendor recommended changes. The pantherLINK support staff will continue to closely monitor to ensure that the service remains stable.

Update Tuesday, July 16th at 9:00 AM: Service is available, clients continue to encounter intermittent network service errors, especially when sending messages and scheduling calendar appointments. Technical staff are working with the vendor to resolve these issues. The next update will be at 1:00 PM today.

Update Monday, July 15 at 7:00 PM: Service is available, clients may encounter intermittent network service errors. Vendor is aware and working on issue.

Update Monday, July 15, 2013 3:00 pm: The vendor continues to work on the resolution for the issue that UWM is experiencing. At this time, it is anticipated that this will complete sometime this evening. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.

Update Monday, July 15, 2013 1:00 pm: A resolution for the pantherLINK issue has been found and is being applied to the service. It is anticipated that this will complete late this afternoon. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.

Update Monday, July 15, 2013 10:15 am: A new issue has been identified from the upgrade of pantherLINK on Sunday, July 14, 2013. Anyone using pantherLINK via the web client is experiencing this issue. The pantherLINK support staff and the vendor's technical staff are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers who use smart phones, tablets or third party clients such as Thunderbird or Outlook are able to send and receive emails.

An update on the status of this issue will be posted at 1:00 pm today.


The pantherLINK email and calendaring service is currently exhibiting slow response time and occasional errors. Technical staff are investigating the problem.
