Details:      On Saturday, Aug. 31 from10 p.m. through Sunday, Sept. 1 at 6 a.m., maintenance will be underway in Mitchell Hall to launch UWM WiFi in the entire building. During this time, customers may experience connectivity issues with PROWLnet, the current wireless service.

At the completion of the maintenance, UWM WiFi will replace PROWLnet in Mitchell Hall.

UWM WiFi will provide many more connection options than PROWLnet, as well as a secure, fast and reliable UWMWiFi option for faculty, staff and students. Launch of UWM WiFi will also provide coverage in University assignable classrooms and lecture halls to meet the increasing need for wireless service in these classroom environments.
