Details:      Update on 5/4/14: A patch was installed to correct the advanced upload feature in pantherFILE from 4:00 - 6:00 AM on 5/2/14.
Update on 4/9/14: Patch update is planned for 4/27.

Update on 3/20/14: Technical staff are working with the vendor to resolve this issue and are testing a patch at this time.

Update on 2/23/14: Maintenance completed today did not correct the advanced upload function, technical staff are working with the vendor to correct.

Update on 2/14/14: Maintenance is postponed until 2/23/14, Vendor has been contacted.

When using the Web browser version of pantherFILE, the Advanced Upload feature is no longer functioning. This is due to a recent client-side Java update. There is a pantherFILE (Xythos) server patch released to fix this issue, it is being tested at this time and is planned to be installed on Sunday, February 23.

The workaround for this issue is to use the Basic Upload function until the patch can be installed on February 23.
