Desktop Support Services


Desktop Support provides technical support for over 2000 computers in over 30 different areas or departments on the UWM campus. Support is provided for client hardware selection, computer setup, computer migrations, and maintenance. Desktop Support's goal is to provide a consistent, stable desktop solution for clients. Desktop Support is not able to provide hourly support. For more information about annual support agreements, refer to the Service Level Agreement Information.
