• The UWM TechStore is open Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Our Customers

Students, faculty, staff and departments of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee may purchase from the UWM TechStore.

Payment Options

Payment from departments is made using direct charge transactions to approved coding strings.

Payment from individuals is made using Visa, MasterCard or UWM TechStore Gift Certificate (purchased online at UWM TechStore Online.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, you may either come in person to the UWM TechStore, contact the staff via phone at 414-229-2842, or email UWM TechStore staff at uwm-techstore.edu.

Please note that once an item is shipped, you can no longer cancel the order and should instead follow the return policy as indicated below.

Returns

In general, returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase if accompanied by the original receipt and the original packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

Personal purchases may be conveniently picked up at the UWM TechStore. Delivery to your home address may be accommodated through the UWM online educational stores with Dell and Apple.
