Oscar Perez is committed to enhancing the quality of life for permanent residents who live in the UWM campus neighborhoods. He is a vital resource for established neighborhood organizations and provides a direct link to the University. Perez also builds quality relationships between off-campus student residents and long-time UWM neighbors. These partnerships help address concerns and issues that are directly related to UWM or off-campus student residents.
