Information Sessions: National Conference for Undergraduate Research
The 23rd National Conference on Undergraduate Research will take place April 16-18, 2009, at UW-Lacrosse. Students participating in faculty-led or faculty-advised research in any area (architecture, the arts, business, education, engineering, health, the humanities, information science, the natural sciences, nursing, the social sciences, or social welfare) can submit an abstract to be considered to present their work to this national audience of fellow researchers (both undergraduate and faculty). The deadline for abstract submission is December 1, 2008. UWM expects to cover the costs of all students accepted to present at the conference. Additional help and funding for putting together a conference-quality poster is also available for students accepted to present at the poster sessions.
