New User Training Sessions

If you are a new PAWS user, there are hands-on training classes to assist you in learning the areas within PAWS that you need for your position.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
As part of accessing student information in our student database system, UWM faculty and staff are required to complete FERPA training before receiving access to Panther Access to Web Services (PAWS). Faculty and support staff who interact on a regular basis with student data are encouraged to complete the on-line FERPA Training and quiz.

Go to the FERPA site for more detailed information.
