Dear Band Directors,
Welcome to the online nominations system for Honors Band Festival. When you register, you will receive a unique user name and PIN. As a registered user, you will be able to use your user name and PIN to login to your account as often as necessary to complete your nominations.
Once you have registered, you will be asked to create a profile for each of your schools. By clicking on the "Add Nominations" link within each profile, you will be able to nominate students. You will be asked to save each nomination you enter, and nominations can be edited and deleted after they have been entered.
When you have completed all of your nominations, don't forget to click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the "Nominations Inventory" page. You will be presented with a confirmation page that includes the roster of students nominated within each of your profiles. The deadline for nominations is October 15, 2014.
If you discover that you must revise your nominations after you have submitted them, you may log back in with your user name and PIN and follow the instructions for making revisions.
