We offer a wide variety of fun, safe and effective classes to meet the needs of our participants. With over 50 classes offered per week during the Fall & Spring semesters, we have something for everyone! Choose from classes such as Core Crunch, Guts & Butts, Boot Camp, Zumba, Kickbox Blast, Group Strength, Circuit Challenge and Group Cycle. Our highly trained, top quality instructors provide a motivating workout experience to help you reach your fitness goals! All classes include modifications for all fitness levels.

Group X Guidelines

  • All participants must check-in with ID at the Information Center (no sooner than 30 minutes prior to the class start)to obtain pass for class.
    • Participants must present a pass to the class instructor to obtain access to class.
    • No participants will be admitted in a class without a pass.
    • Class passes are granted on a first come, first server basis. Class limits are noted by the class descriptions.
  • Be on time. Anyone arriving more then 5 minutes after the start of class may not be admitted.
  • Bring a water bottle to class.
  • Do not enter exercise area before the current class is finished.
  • Please secure all personal belongings in a locker. No bags, coats or other personal belongings allowed in the exercise areas.
  • Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing, clean, non-marking sole shoes.
  • Listen to your body!
