Lean Project Management

 

Project stakeholders must ensure that project management processes, supporting tools and techniques are used to expedite work by focusing on value-added activities and resources. Using situations based on real-world events, simulate the impact on a project by incorporating continuous process improvement to deliver results on time and on budget.
