Assessments and 360s: Love 'em or Leave 'em


When should you use assessments? What are the pitfalls of assessments? Why is there apprehension around conducting a 360 assessment? Many people have had poor experiences with assessments, particularly 360s. Join us to learn the best practices in conducting 360s, delve into the misconceptions around what they can and cannot provide, and determine when best to use them to get the most from them.
