Pam Conine teaches courses during the academic year in the ITP course curriculum as well as serving as the coordinator for the Interpreter Training Program. She also develops curriculum and syllabi for courses, manages fieldwork and supervision for students in educational and community internship placements as well as management of student assessment. Some of Conine's ITP responsibilities include the management of screening and admissions, supervision of student work in the ITP lab, and recruting new students.
Conine's research interests include the effectiveness of the delivery of instruction in American Sign Language versus spoken English for interpreter education.
